Breazy Green | Refund & Return Policy
All orders placed are final, and cannot be canceled after 1 hour has lapsed after purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please DO NOT use damaged/defective item(s) or attempt to fix! As the item may need to be returned back to us, any use or attempt to fix will forfeit a replacement. We cannot accept returns for used or repaired items- no exceptions.
ALL packages that are broken in shipping will be replaced with the same piece or an equivalent piece that has been agreed upon between Breazy Green and the customer. Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a return package will be sent out.
Take photos of all packaging and materials, AND 3-4 high res pictures of the damaged item(s) and shipping label and email us – email@example.com
In the event of a breakage, your options are:
- 1. Swap or exchange out your return for a new item, new item color, etc.
- 2. Issue you store credit for your return.
- 3. We can issue a refund to your credit card.
Breazy Green must be informed of the break within 2 days of the customer receiving the package. Damages notified beyond 48 hours will be assumed item was broken while in your possession.
If you receive the wrong item: DO NOT use the item(s). Please call or email us within 48 hours. We will send you a shipping label to return to us at our expense.
Breazy is NOT responsible for stolen or lost items, or packages lost by USPS. We do not accept returns if a product is non-defective and functional, such as for any minor aesthetic reasons, or if damage was caused by the customer while using the product.
Issues not covered by our warranty will be resolved by the manufacturer. We must approve any return, all returns must be postmarked within 7 days of notification.
